Things That I Am Looking Forward To!

First off certain movies:

The Lovely Bones

Hitting theaters on December 11th, 2009 (for now anyhow that’s the date): I read the book and fell in love with it. I am looking forward to the movie but, I’m not going to get too excited as; I doubt they’ll add any scenes of Susie in actual heaven (which will be very disappointing, they’ll probably just have her narrating or something. Or who knows I could be wrong). Plus the book is almost always better than the movie. With all that aside: "I’ll be there opening day." ;o)

Alice In Wonderland (2010 version)

Hitting theaters on March 5th, 2010: What can I say, “I LOVE ALICE IN WONDERLAND!” I’m a new fan but a fan nonetheless. And who cares if I’ve never read the book (now that I own the book though I should actually get around to reading it. Yeah, that and plenty of other books =P)?! I fell in love with the 1985 movie version (which is the above photo since there’s no actual movie poster for the 2010 movie just yet) and while I don’t know if this one will meet my expectations, or if it’ll be any good, “I’ll be there opening day” (same as with, “The Lovely Bones”)! IMAX THEATER to be EXACT BABY!! =D

Sex and the City Sequel

Hitting theaters on May 28th, 2010: I can NEVER get enough of these women. Their characters are AWESOME and I love their friendships (those are the kind of friendships you: “LIVE & DIE FOR!” Literally). And this is definitely a movie that I have a feeling is going to be very good! Will I be going opening day? “YOU BET!” I’ll be going right along with Jamie. And we definitely have to hit up the, “Sex & The City Bus Tour!!!” ;o)

Another thing to look forward to is Summer of 2010:

This is IF (hopefully-HOPEFULLY) everything goes as planned and I’ll be able to fly out to see Vicky! Then I’ll be singing a tune going something like this, “DISNEY WORLD HERE I COME!” =D

Question: “What are some things that YOU are looking forward to?” =o)

It's Been So Long

Wow, I haven't been on here in almost ten months. Crazy. I probably won't use it much except to read other people's blogs. =P

So, long. <3

I haven't been on here for awhile. Just thought I'd write a little something. This summer's going by rather quickly and by the time you know it, school will start and the holiday's will come a' calling. Haha. I like the summer but if it's too hot it makes me hope for cold weather. I guess I like the medium, not too hot, not too cold. Just right. Spring weather where you can enjoy it without worrying about sweating to death in public (or is that just me...?).

I have gone to the beach a couple of times with the family. I've also been on two little mini-vacations to Mountain Creek Waterpark with my cousin Michael and his girl Michele. And another to Atlantic City with: my parents, my sister, my aunt Jackie, her husband Dean (my uncle from marriage) and my cousin Daniel (he'll be 14 in August, how time flies. I'm shocked). I've gone to the lake once with the family. Then they went I think the day before yesterday as well. My sister went but I didn't want to go. This Saturday they want to go again, and I'm definitely going. It's always fun to splash in the water and pretend you know how to swim (NOT! I need to take swimming lessons. And I really want to become an expert at it. I just don't want to be laughed at because I'm twenty-one years old and I can't swim. To me if you have a kid: potty-training goes hand in hand with swimming lessons. If I have a kid that's the way it'll be. Or even earlier. Hell they have babies who know how to swim...).

BUT: I wish I had gone on a vacation that requires you to get on either a boat or a plane. To me what makes a vacation fun is getting to the destination as well. Though I know a lot of people would sincerely DISAGREE with me. It's what I like. I've only been on a plane twice. Coming & going to Florida in 2004, when we went to Disney World. And I hope I get to ride more planes in my lifetime.

I really want to go on a cruise next year! I'd love to go someplace far away. Someplace that people rarely choose to go on cruises. Not with the family though (I love them, but I don't have to do everything with em'. I'm 21 for goodness sake). But I have no one else to go with. It would be nice to go with someone to share the experience with.

I'd like to go for at least a week. I'd love to go for two but I'll have to check out the prices. If I could go I'd be so happy. Millions of people go on cruises and I'm missing out on all that food (LOL. Though I could go without it...haha)!! =o)

Well, off I go to look up cruises. The key thing is to be postive. No: I'm not working but it doesn't hurt to look online for cruises and to have a little fun with it. Because one must always plan.

Another baby in the family! =o)

My cousin Jessie (Her real name's Yesenia, but we call her Jessie) just had a baby boy on June 25th!!!! Now this is a HUGE deal because she already has THREE girls. I never thought I'd live to see the day where they'd have a boy! I mean with three girls already: "I don't think that the parents would think that they'd stand a chance." So this is great gift for them. Especially Norby (the father). I mean he must be BEYOND ESTATIC. What man wouldn't be after three girls...? Don't get me wrong girls are great but so are boys.

He was born at nine o' clock (something) at night. And he weighed in at 8lbs 6 ounces and 21 1/2 inches long (so I heard).

[And he looks like his daddy. Which I assumed he would.]

Sucks though because we can't see him considering the fact that they live in Florida. But when the baby get's a bit older I hope she comes over here, so we can see him. Which of course she will because he has grandparents over here that want to see him (my cousin that live downstairs from us and our landlord, haha).

OH and of course I can't forget to mention his name. They named him, "Jeremiah." From his name is of, "Hebrew" origin and it means "God will uplift." I don't know if they gave him a middle name. And I think they'll be calling him "Jeremy" for short. Because everyone's got a nickname.

Before Jeremiah there was: "Gyanna, Natalie and Emily (with three older sisters and a mom, so four women in the house, I don't think he'll have any trouble understanding women LOL)." Gyanna's turning 11 in August, Natalie turns 9 in Febuary and Emily just turned 7 on June 8th. So that's two June birthday's for them. I wonder how Emily's taking it, now that she's not the youngest anymore? Hehe. She is such a doll!

I had heard though that Jeremiah may have a heart murmer. When I first saw the picture, I thought what's that thing on his chest, I hope nothing's wrong. Someone had said something that his heartbeat was a bit too fast. But if he indeed does have a heart mumer I know he'll do fine. And usually the hole closes up.

"May he be happy & HEALTHY. Always."

(*Jeremiah is my 4th cousin. I know some people don't think that past a second cousin it's family but I do. Jessie's mother Betsy is my 2nd cousin, making Jessie my 3rd cousin and her children my fourth. But I consider them all family. Even if we're not close. No matter what anyone says.*)

I think the Blythe dolls are absolutely the most adorable things EVER! I wish I could own the whole collection, or even just a couple of dolls but they're so expensive. They run from I believe $130-$140 dollars, but they're just so cute. I'm going to try to save up for one.

Here's a few of the dolls posted on the site:

[The red star glasses is what's being advertised, but the doll cute too.]

And since this is my wish list I'm going to add a few more things. Here they are:

Sony Playstation 3

Apple Macbook Pro

Nikon D3 Digital-SLR (Single Lens Reflector) Camera

The back of it

The side of it.

And that's all for now. ;o)

Day 2

I don't really know where I'm going from here. Just thought I'd stop by and write a little something. Don't know really what to say. I might be going to the beach with Seneca tomorrow (Seneca being my cousin's wife and the mother of Sammy & Alyssa; my two beautiful little cousins who are 2 & a half years and 9 months old). My sister will also be going as well. And probably my aunt Jackie and cousin Jamie.

But thing is: "The beach is only special if you have someone to share it with."

So here I am at a new blog site. Sweet. I wonder if this'll be of any use to me. We'll see. We'll see. Writing has always been a passion of mine (not that I'm any good at it, though I so love it). Right now I'm just trying to figure out a lot of shit. A lot of stuff. Everything & nothing. What a great mixture. It's always good to have a balance I suppose. To keep things from falling off the axil. To keep things from becoming TOO chaotic. But what happens when things aren't balanced out and it's only a mesh of one big problem? Does it become too much to handle? And even if it does can you fight it? Who knows?

I'm one ball of a MILLION questions. All of which are unanswered. It sort of makes me feel uneasy, but that's life for you. There are no answers just questions. So I guess when the going gets tough, you just make up the answers along the way. Whichever sounds good to you is the right answer. And whatever you don't like you can throw it away in an imaginary garbage can or an imaginary shelf that you don't have to look at.

That's also what life has come to: "Not looking at where you're going?" Bumping into things (this is all a metaphor mind you, how I love metaphors. They make life more interesting). Getting into trouble. Getting into predicaments. Fighting for what you want, even if you don't know what the hell you're fighting for. I suppose you should fight anyhow.

Hell, I don't even know what I'm saying. This is all being written in a matter of seconds. I'm just spewing forth random words. Trying to make sense of it all. Maybe one day it'll make sense. But: what would be the fun in that? (Right.....? Or wrong?)

Maybe life's about getting lost. And if it is......hopefully you can get lost into something magical/powerful. Something really good. Well this is the end of this first entry of mine. It's 2:26 am and although sleep doesn't sound inviting right about now, I'm logging off.
